Buying A Machine
Do your machines require installation?
Industrial machines often require setup, calibration, and proper configuration. We strongly recommend professional installation to ensure correct operation and long-term performance.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, installation services are available on selected machines. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and pricing.
Should I contact you before purchasing?
Yes. We strongly recommend speaking with our team before placing an order to ensure the machine is suitable for your requirements and setup.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery is usually 1–3 working days from dispatch unless otherwise stated.
How are large machines delivered?
Due to the size and weight of industrial machines, deliveries are usually kerbside. Additional arrangements may be required for placement or installation.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
You must accept the delivery and clearly note any damage when signing.
If goods are signed for as “good condition”, we are unable to process damage claims.
Can I return a machine if I change my mind?
Yes, under UK Distance Selling Regulations, returns are accepted if:
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The product is returned in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
What is your returns policy for faulty items?
- Faults must be reported within 2 days of delivery
- Items must be returned within 2 days after notification
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
If the item is found not to be faulty, reshipping charges will apply.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Do your machines come with a warranty?
Warranty varies depending on the product and manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product listing or contact us for full details before purchase.
Who covers warranty repair shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty repairs, including collection and return delivery.
What happens if I return an item incorrectly?
If returned goods do not meet the stated conditions, the item will be sent back and additional shipping charges will be applied.
How should items be packaged for return?
Items must be securely packaged for transit. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Are product images accurate?
We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.
